What share links contain

Share links encode the estimate configuration (scenario inputs). They are designed to contain no personal data.

What you should not enter

Do not enter: customer names, email addresses, ticket contents, or any data that identifies individuals. Use aggregate usage assumptions (DAU, request frequency, response bands).

We document what we store, what we do not store, and how pricing updates are handled.

Do share links contain personal data?
No. They only contain the numeric parameters of your calculation.
What data is stored server-side?
We store the calculation configuration to generate the share link. No PII is required or stored.
How do you handle price updates over time?
We update pricing data centrally. Old share links will use the model mapping available at the time of loading (displaying current costs).
